Shipping policy

Once your order has been dispatched, you will be provided with a tracking number via the email you purchased your order with.

Processing Times

All online orders are processed Monday – Friday excluding Public Holidays.

Orders placed after 12pm local time will be received into the Warehouses the following business day.

We do our very best to process all orders within 3 business days, however during busy periods, this may take up to 5 business days.

Customs & Duties 

We do our best to minimize your fees however, International orders may incur custom and duties taxes.

We suggest that you please check with your local customs office to find the full details for your destination Country.
